If Manny Ramirez did something super bad like take an anabolic steroid, the game may be over. When I say that I mean that no one deserves to make the hall from that period if he took something. The reason being that he was considered such a natural talent (as was A-Rod) and he was also considered aloof to the point where he wouldn't bother taking the juice. If he did - and was stupid enough to get caught with it - then the period is not doomed, it simply shouldn't count.
No HOF for anyone (including Jeter and Griffey) if he took something serious!
I suggest that we wait and see, but the news doesn't look good. If it was a doctor prescribed supplement - sue the freaken doctor!
You are Manny Ramirez, not some random minor leaguer. The doc should have known who you were prior to giving you a steroid laced medicine!
