The two teams that have performed best in the playoffs make the World Series. They should be able to determine who wins the Series. Stop making bad calls! So many have been made in this series. I say, ban every ump who has participated in this series from umping the Series again. It is just sad.
The Rays just gave up a run because the ump (who was right on top of the play) couldn't see E. Longoria smack Jimmy Rollins behind with his mitt. Are you blind?
Some of them are tough calls and it is not like the calls are bias one way or the other, they just keep on missing calls all over the field!

looks to me that the missed calls have offset each other. otherwise MLB can go to a broader review system, but there'd need to be a penalty for unsuccessfull challenges -- losing an out.

ReplyDeleteThe umpire wanted to get back to his bed! Give the guy a break, he works very hard, so many hours a week! Ya, I know it is pathetic! Plus, Fieldin Culbreth must respect his elders and assume Jamie Moyer is always in the right.
