At this point, it is fair to assume that the Giants will win the Super Bowl unless they experience a serious injury or the entire team forgets how to play.
Asside from that odd game in Cleveland, the New York Football Giants have absolutely dominated every team they have faced.
Will this week be any different?
In a word (or two), probably not!
The Giants will give up points because the passing attack Arizona possesses is fabulous as they have the best wide out duo in the league and a MVP candidate at QB. Watch as Fitzgerald and Boldin just snatch balls out the air with their incredible hands. Both guys catch assentially anything thrown their way.
However, the Giants will create penetration against Kurt Warner - look for at least 1fumble forced by the Giants D-line.
Offensively, the Giants need to pound, pound, pound!
As usual Ely won't throw it much and the 3-some at RB will get around 200 yards rushing.
I expect another, although a bit more high scoring, Giants win!
Prediction: Giants 38 Cardinals 30

ReplyDeletewhat's scary is that after today, it is clear that even injuries may not slow the giants, as they played without jacobs or burress and still beat up on the cards. the key is the continued health of their lines. maybe belichik had it right after all - the game is won and lost at the line of scrimmage, the rest is just details.
ReplyDeleteNice prediction !! actual: NYG 37, Arizona, 29 compared to your guess: NYG 38, Arizona, 30
