They simply lack offense. Talk about a 1 dimensional team. Especially without Devin Harris in the game, there is really 1 legitimate offensive threat (VC) and a bunch of guys who try to hit outside shots.
The Nets are one of the worst shooting teams in the NBA at 41.7% and they are near the bottom of the league in points scored. They have no interior players who can seriously score - back to the basket.(Brook Lopez will be able too one day in the not so distant future, but Josh Boone will never ever be able to score anything but dunks, some in-the-paint jumpers and garbage points).
The Nets will be in the lotto once again - it's official. Therefore, trade Carter!
By the way, the Knicks don't shoot well either, but they do shoot the 3 well and hit more 3s than any other team in the NBA. This makes up for their bad interior shooting.

If the Nets could find someone willing to trade for Carter, he'd be gone already. But who wants a cranky, overpaid, aging ball hog?

1) This is one of the reasons the nets should move to Albequerqe and not stay in NJ since they stink.
ReplyDelete2) Carter has no class especially the way he faked an injury for 2 years in toronto and then went to the nets and acted like nothing happened.
3) Yaros u dont need to justify the nets stinking it up by bringing the knicks down with them. Its no different then for example someone who is a yankees fan asked when their team is doing bad and instead of directly answering the question the take a shot at the red sox
