Okay, so we are ready for week 10.
The Jets have a trap game ready to take them down.
The Rams are a terrible football team that got a shot of adrenaline when Jim Haslett took over as Head Coach, but that has worn off and the team has lost its last 2 games.
The Jets need to have this game. The next 2 weeks are against the Patriots and Titans and those will obviously be tough bouts.
I expect a stellar effort by the run D - hint: the Rams have no healthy legitamite running backs so it should not be that hard to stop them. The pass D is the most important part of this game as the Jets need to stop Holt and newcomer Donnie Avery from running all over the field.
I expect the Jets to focus heavily on the pass, get at least 4 sacks and hold the Rams down.
Offensively, the Jets will likely control the game and should do similar things to last week. Play a bit more conservative (but not in the classic Jets sense) and run the football.
The Jets should have confidence from last week and I am sure Eric Mangini has constatnly reminded them not to sleepwalk through this week.
Prediction: Jets 27 Rams 10
This should be an easy game!
Yaros
who would have thought that 27-10 would be not giving the jets ENOUGH credit!
