Coles needs to get on board!

Laveranues Coles has had issues with the Jets' brass this year for letting go of his good buddy Chad Pennington. For the Jets to be successful, Coles needs to realize that Brett Favre is capable of getting him the ball in situations Chad had no chance at completing. Laveranues is the Jets’ leading receiver and is also a tough customer.

I expect that Coles’ injury has not allowed him to run the routes that will allow him to see the full positive impact of Brett Farve.

It is also important to realize that Coles is upset because he is pro-Pennington and not anti-Farve. Farve and Coles will surely play well together once the season rolls around.

Note: Giant camp has an air of confidence and the same underdog mentality of last year. Even though the Giants won the Super Bowl, they are still ranked poorly in all pre-season rankings.
