Pudge made a great play holding on to a solid Bobby Abreu throw to tag out David Murphy. Both players were rolling on the ground for a while; however, there was no head connection and it appears as though Pudge just got the wind knocked out of him by a knee to the stomach and Murphy is back out in left field for the top of third.
Finally some good news for the Yankees, although Pudge is being pinch hit for by Jose Molina.
